Day 11 to now...

This day we left Mike and Melodi's house and left for the church. It was one hour from the church. On the way we were looking for the space needle in the distance and Abi spotted it before we could even say "Uncle Bob". When we got to the church Abi literally jumped out of the car and ran to the office. We got to the office and there was a tiny fish tank, and in pastor Byron's office there was a Boa Constrictor and a King snake. When Abi saw the snake the snake tried to strike her but hit his head on the glass. It was very funny. Ethan and I laughed hard. Then we left to see our house. It was so big. It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an enormous bonus room. Downstairs there is a garage, and a big laundry room. It also has a gigantic kitchen and even a dining room. The dining room is now filled with our boxes and our desks. I felt puny the first time I walked into the house. It's back yard is small. In the neighbor hood they have a creek and they are building a playground for the neighbor hood. There are trails that I can hike on or bike on. We live very very close to Mount Piltchuk which you can hike up to top of. Hopefully we'll get to do that sometime. It hasn't snowed here yet, but I can go to the mountain to sled anyway. I keep asking Mom and Dad to go but we are to busy right now. Oh and some people gave us UP and Sleeping Beauty, and gift card to go to the movies, to dinner, and for ice cream. The people here are really nice and I am making many friends. We even went to someones birthday party! For the party we swam at an indoor pool! It has been fun so far...

  1. Wow, you have been busy! Glad to finally hear what you think about your house and neighborhood. I keep forgetting to ask you stuff when we talk on the phone. Sounds like the people there are really nice and want to be your friends. I'm really glad about that. Tell Pastor Byron I can't wait to meet him, but NOT his snakes! Have a great week. I'll call you soon. Hugs and kisses from me and GPa Ken (and Austin)

  2. Hi Noah, Good to read your blog; I would love for your mom to take videos of the neighborhood, creek and trails so we can picture what it looks like. I hope you can go sledding soon too. I remember how much fun the kids had going sledding down the street in our neighborhood. I'll be watching the weather reports to see if you get any. Love you. Gma Judy
